For features available on this site using these tests, please contact them for equivalent resources. IMHO, there tests are targeted at a specific type of academic researchers and not clinical use.
FASTQ Files are not uploadable. Strongly recommended, upload the FASTQ file to BiomeSight. This is a free UK site that will process FASTQ files and provide additional features (similar to what uBiome had).
